Jacqueline Hammer - Program Director

Jacqueline serves as Program Director at Formora, providing structured supervision and performance evaluation for program staff and core operational initiatives. She sets quarterly objectives and delivery milestones, reviews program documentation and workflow outputs, and conducts regular check-ins with written feedback and formal evaluations.
